I had an amazing experience with Alex and JC Home Services. Alex and his guys were extremely punctual, professional, and courteous. I have an 800 sq ft apartment but it was more than the usual amount of work for that size space because they had to sand down old oil paint so that the new water based paint would adhere. The job took four days (1 1/2 days of prep; 2 1/2 of painting) and included most ceilings, windows, doors, trim, and walls. Alex made recommendations about paint based on his experience, got the exact colors I wanted from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams (didn't try to color match since it rarely works), and steered me away from eggshell paint on my 1920s uneven walls. He helped me select paint colors as well. 

His pricing beat out the competition and he didn't charge me extra labor for two additional tasks I sprung on them, just asked me to purchase extra materials. One of the best parts is that the contract includes a warranty on the paint and if it scuffs, they will touch it up for free. I will definitely be taking advantage since the movers did scuff the walls in a couple of places!

The JC team  gave me a really fair quote, helped me select paints, worked on my apartment over the course of three days, took everything off the walls, moved my furniture around, and painted the entire apartment. It looks great!

I used JC to paint three rooms in an ADU. He was able to give an immediate quote off of pictures I sent him, and then he came over to the house soon after to look at it in person and confirmed his quote would be correct. He walked through paint options and explained the reasoning behind each. His price was super fair, and he was able to get all the work done in one day with his crew of three guys. I used JC Home Services to have my townhome repainted for new tenants. Alex the owner was quick to come to my house and give a quote. One thing that stood out the most was his professionalism when giving out estimated quotes. He provided details for each room and how it's priced, unlike other vendors who came in and just randomly gave a number.

Great communication, free very reliable estimate, very reasonable cost, punctual and efficient, solid work, trustworthy, backed up their work. I am very happy with the services I received from JC. For example, I found one spot where the paint appeared to be off (my house has 3 different shades of very very similar gray!!!) - JC promptly returned the following day and did a corrective touch up.
